Poster/Paper Competition:
250 word abstract to be sent by students based on the conference theme. Abstracts will be evaluated for their scientific content and will be accepted for paper/poster presentation.
Timeline:
Submission of abstracts - 31st August 2019
Notification of acceptance - 15th September 2019
Submission of e-posters and PPTs - 30th September 2019
Posters should be sent in jpg or png image format to be displayed as e-posters in the conference venue.
Paper presentation - 10 minute slot for each (8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for questions)
Prizes:
Poster presentation - top 3 posters will be awarded cash prizes of Rs.3000, Rs.2000 and Rs.1000 respectively
Paper presentation - top 3 papers will be awarded cash prizes of Rs.5000,
Rs.3000 and Rs.2000 respectively. They will also be given a slot to present their paper in the main venue subject to availability of time.
